The "Enrollment by Special Population" chart displays the
percentage of the student population that is of a given
special subpopulation (e.g., Gifted and Talented, Limited
English Proficiency, etc.)1 for the selected
fiscal year, campus, and reporting period. Tooltip data on
the chart presents the percentage of the student population
that is a member of the given special subpopulation, the
number of those students at the
selected campus, and the date when the data was uploaded.
Membership in a subpopulation is not mutually
exclusive (i.e., a single student can be both in the
"Gifted and Talented" subpopulation and the "Economically Disadvantaged"
subpopulation for example), and due to this, the total of all
students in the subpopulations can exceed the number of students
at a given campus.
